Dr. Killemoff is a fictional character, and the main antagonist from the Toxic Crusaders series.
In-Universe History[]
Killemoff comes from the planet Smogula, and works for its leader, Czar Zosta. His species are related to intelligent humanoid cockroaches. Dr. Killemoff wears a breathing apparatus (which resembled a mask giving him a somewhat human appearance) in order to survive on non-polluted worlds. Two recurring gags involving Killemoff are that he always corrects someone when they only refer to him as Killemoff by shouting "That's DR. Killemoff!", and that he never listens to Psycho's predictions, despite the fact that they could help him win.
